What Information Is Collected:

As part of the order process, the following information is collected from buyers: Name Shipping/Billing Address/ Email address/ Phone number. This is exclusively voluntarily given data from the user via the contact formular.

How That Information Is Used:

The information we collect is used to fill order, to contact buyers if they have questions, or to send email with special offers to update our buyers on our latest art works or events and to stay in touch with the Haitian art world. You may always opt not to be contacted.

Not information will ever be given to any third party without your express written consent.
Following French Law “Informatique et Libertés” of January 6th 1978, you may ask for access, modification, correction or suppression of your personnal data at any time. Please use contact formular to ask for any of that.

Sending conditions

From Saint-Martin we can send art work with various companies: Fedex, UPS, DHL or Chronopost. We shall need to quote as rates are variable depending on size and destination. Any buy under 1000U$ will include insurance by the transporter included in the cost. For a painting over 1000U$ we shall ask exclusively a Paypal transaction, with Paypal insurance included.
Upon receiving your order and it payment, we shall organize packing and sending and let you know the tracking number.

If you have any question, from then on we shall communicate thru e-mail.
